Bamboo Forest Ecological Farm was created by the owners with the vision of turning a bamboo forest into an ecological leisure farm. The owners are a husband and wife team who had worked hard most of their life, and finally found a piece of land that they could turn into a farm. The couple gave themselves 5 years to take classes and search for the perfect formula. Everything you see from landscaping to ecological planning were a result of the couple patiently learning and seeking help and advice from experts. After much hard work and dedication, the farm was finally opened in 2005. Bamboo Forest Ecological Farm is located near TransWorld University in the suburb of Douliu City, Yunlin County. It's about a 5 minutes car ride to downtown and a 15 minutes ride to Janfusun Fancyworld. You will appreciate the quiet serenity of country life while taking a stroll in the farm, where there are beautiful fish pond, bird park, herb and fruit garden. At night, you can have dinner in the farm with your family, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and experience the relaxing country lifestyle. Then fall asleep in sweet dreams while listening to frogs croaking every now and then.
