There’s no clear boundary between art and design, and southern Taiwan indeed has a hint of nostalgic and traditional culture. The rapid development of Kaohsiung’s culture and transportation in the recent years has indeed attracted many foreign tourists whodwell here and actually feel the cultural and arts development of southern Taiwan.
