Zen Garden B&B is located in Shuili Township, Nantou County, on the way to Sun Moon Lake Scenic Area; it is close to tourist attractions such as Sun Moon Lake, Jiji, Checheng, Shuili Snake Kiln, Dongpu Hot Spring, etc. The museum covers an area of 7,500 pings and was formerly the second largest timber distribution center and lumber processing plant in the Shuili area in the 1950s and 1960s. It was not until after the 921 earthquake that the famous local doctor Yang purchased it, renovated it and transplanted a large number of "Taiwan five-needle pine trees". Many years later, it has the beautiful appearance it has today.
