The building adopts Andou Tadao's architectural concrete for its external structure and flat slab floor system indoors to present a minimalist design. This is complemented with eco-friendly elements such as eco pond, green roof and increased wall thickness for better sound and heat proofing. On this 2750 sqm of land, the building looks fairly small and the land around is scattered with sunflower, lavender and many other plants visited by butterflies, honeybees and dragonflies. This is a heaven to them. The rooms are named after the 24 solar terms: "Grain in Ear" and "Summer Solstice" is presented in cool azure, "Autumnal Equinox" and "White Dew" is coated in golden yellow, the color of harvest and abundance, "Lesser Cold" of winter and "Grain Rain" of spring is presented in the alternation of violet and pink, while "Winter Solstice" and "Spring Equinox" is presented in red, the symbol of reunion and prosperity. Each room is designed with French windows that do not block away the nature wonders and clear sky. Breakfast is definitely one of the features of "Justlike Villa": If you feel like staying on the bed longer, you can order a customized, freshly made breakfast at the designated time! "Eat fresh" is more than an advertisement term here: The hostess Ms. Han buys her vegetables from organic farms nearby, and it's no less special than local specialty dishes!
