Since most of the original guests were hikers, they would return hungry and looking for a place to eat after climbing. They would inquire the locals, who would offer a friendly reply: “Keep going past Ruili Elementary School and you’ll see a teapot (the only one in Alishan to have an inlaid clock, which used to let hikers know when to come down from the mountain) where you can get a bite to eat! Over twenty years later, the teapot has become a landmark of Ruili, and just like it, the bed and breakfast and restaurant preserve the wonderful flavor of our memories! The teapot lady represents it and performs well in competitions! (Invited to compete in New York!) A trip to Ruili isn’t complete without enjoying this wonderful twenty year old flavor! Like the teapot, the bed and breakfast has a great capacity, with a large open space in the center of each floor where guests can completely relax! Make this your home away from home!
