Fennel Resort is the newest member of the Sichong Stream Area, integrating Greek and Mediterranean romantic elements with the rough style of the Paiwan people. The owner is from Hsinchu, and after marrying a woman from the Paiwan tribe, he settled in this area and created the romantic Fennel Resort. With such beautiful natural scenery, the villa was a dream come true for the owner. Its decoration, layout, and overall design were all conceived of by the owner, who has a background in advertising. His wife planted the garden with fennel (in Chinese, a homonym for “returning home”), and the Fennel Resort was thus born.
