Pusu is a perfect getaway for a short break from bustling city. Conscientious selection of domestic cooking ingredients for breakfast is our preference. Pusu serves traditional Taiwanese-style breakfast with seasonal vegetables and fruits. To provide a healthy, local and seasonal food is our goal and fulfillment. Such as rice porridge with sweet potato, its simple, yet distinctly homey flavor fascinates every customer. Moreover, Pusu provides homemade CIABATTA sandwiches, fresh blended sugar-free drinks and seasonal fruits for breakfast during vegetables low season. We plant small amount of large-leafed black tea and coffee by nature farming. They are growing in rough open field without any chemical fertilizer and herbicide. Farming is a painstaking job, yet we enjoy it and will persist. By farming we touch the soil, perceive the blessing and the harvest from the Mother Nature that reminds us to be modest and always cherish all we have. During your stay we will share our nature farming black tea and coffee with you and they are also available for our guests to purchase as featured local farm gifts.
