Located in Shitiping Recreation Area in the East Coast Scenic Area, Sea Fan Bed and Breakfast is a 3-story grey washed-pebble building backed against the Coastal Mountain Range and facing the Pacific Ocean, providing a variety of experiences including mornings and evenings throughout the seasons, whale-watching, and quiet contemplation during walks along the beach. On clear days, the bright and dazzling sunlight of the beach makes the blue decoration of the sea even more charming, while cloudy days bring the sea and mountains a more majestic atmosphere, resembling a masteful Chinese scenic painting. The courtyard is filled with special coastal plants and borders the Shitiping Recreation Area. Visitors can take a morning or afternoon stroll along Shiti Coast, observing the coastal erosion and coral reef, watching fishermen from the one-sided mountain, or watching them sell their goods at Shiti Harbor. The first floor offers Hualien Sugar Factory ice cream and treats, as well as food and drinks. The second floor has a coffee shop, providing coffee, juice, and flower tea, as well as classic Mandarin and Taiwanese albums. Rooms are on the third floor, providing accommodation.
