Dining (In Room) The chef serves a traditional “Kaiseki” meal comprised of numerous dishes featuring the freshest ingredients from Taiwan and Japan while employing classical cooking methods originating from the Noto region of Japan, the birthplace of the original Kagaya. Each dish and utensil has been handpicked to enable the guest to experience a truly authentic Japanese meal. Tenshou Restaurant The restaurant overlooks the lush mountains of Beitou.
