The origin of our hostel’s name, Aquamarine, comes from the beautiful and rich sapphire mineral deposits in the Dulan Mountains of Taitung. The ones that has been explored have the beautiful shade of blue that is close to the wonderful blue skies of Taitung, the mineral is the world renounced Aquamarine jewel. The Aquamarine is located under the Dulan Mountain, in front of the Shanyuan beach. Giving our guests the breathtaking view of the sunlight bouncing off of the Pacific ocean, like a sea of crystal dancing to the rhythm of the ocean. Long strolls along the East Coast of Taiwan, with the breezy ocean scent, lay back and submerge yourself in the wide spread arms of the Pacific Ocean. With the sound of the waves against the coast as our background music, the Aquamarine welcomes our guests to experience the wonderful Taitung with a relaxed and open heart.
